FAQ’s

  • A. Membership applies to one specific vehicle registered at enrollment. Benefits are not transferable between vehicles or owners unless approved in advance.

  • A. Priority scheduling allows members to book ahead of non-members when appointments are available. It does not override existing bookings or emergency limitations.

  • A. Maintenance consultations are complimentary, scheduled sessions to review vehicle condition, upcoming needs, and maintenance priorities.
    They are:

    • By appointment only

    • Up to one hour

    • Limited to one per month

    Additional time may be billed if requested.

  • A. Benefits begin after payment is successfully processed, which may take up to 10 business days. Benefits are paused if a payment fails or lapses.

  • A. Yes. You may cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Unused benefits do not roll over.

  • A. Yes. Eligible discounts are applied at the time of estimate and invoice review for active members. Discounts apply only to Company-provided labor and parts and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • A. No. Complimentary maintenance consultations may include diagnostic discussion and planning. However, hands-on diagnostic testing or repairs are billed separately unless otherwise specified.
